Huntington Scholars Volunteer Sign Up

Dear Faculty and Staff, 

We are excited to welcome our Future Scholars to campus for Huntington Scholars Day on Friday, February 13, 2026! 

As part of the day’s activities, we need your support in interviewing & hosting students to help assess scholarship opportunities and connect with these talented prospective Foresters. 
 

Interviews 

Location: Richlyn Library

• Morning: Check In at Richlyn Library at 9:45 AM

                             Interviews will run from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM

• Afternoon: Check In at Richlyn Library at 11:45 AM

                                          Interviews will run from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
Hosting:

Locations: MCA, Richlyn Library, Dining Commons

• 8:00 AM-10:00 AM: Check in at the designated host location at 8:00 AM
• 10:00 AM-10:45 AM: Check In at host location at 10:00 AM

•  12:00 PM-1:00 PM: Check in at the designated host location at 12:00 PM  
•  12:30 PM-1:30 PM: Check In at designated host location at 12:30 PM

To ensure a smooth and meaningful experience for both students and interviewers, a training session will be provided before February?? This session will give you all the tools and guidance needed to make the day enjoyable and impactful for our Future Scholars. 

We are hoping to have as many faculty and staff available as possible during the interview blocks. Your participation is a wonderful way to welcome students, showcase our community, and support their next steps toward Huntington University.
